How To Use

The following provides an overview of the steps involved in using the CareMate Service:

• Step 1 : Register To Use The CareMate Service

Before you can start trialling, and using, the CareMate Service, you (the family caregiver), must register with the Service. The senior does not need to register since you are managing the service on their behalf. Registering does not obligate you to anything. It allows you to securely log in and manage your CareMate Service account.

• Step 2 : Trial The CareMate Service

You can begin trialling the CareMate Service as soon as you finish registering. You will have access to a detailed Trialling User Guide, after you register. We highly recommend that you review this material and perform the provided tutorial examples.

Our goal is to help you understand how our service works and how it can be used in your situation. We have strived to make the CareMate Service easy to use and for it to become an invaluable tool to help you with your caregiving needs.
