Introduction

Before you and your senior loved one can start using the CareMate® Service, you must first register with the Service, online. This applies whether you want to:

1. Use the full version of the CareMate® Service, or

2. Trial the CareMate® Service

Only you (the family caregiver) need to register. The senior does not need to register.

Registering does not commit you to anything. When you register, you are given the ability to trial the CareMate® Service, or/and use the full version of the CareMate® Service. But you are not obligated to do either one.

This section explains how to register to use the CareMate® Service.

How To Register

The registration process is quick and easy and is very straight-forward. Just follow the following instructions:

• Step 1: Press the “Register” link at the top of any web page on our website.
• Step 2: At the “Create new account” webpage, fill in the fields. When done, press the “Create new account” button.

Note: Be sure that you carefully read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy documents before registering to use the CareMate® Service.

• Step 3: You will then be sent an e-mail, to the e-mail address that you entered in the E-mail address field. Normally, you will be sent this e-mail within minutes.

If you don’t receive the e-mail within one hour, go to our Contact Us webpage, and send us an e-mail.

• Step 4: Open the e-mail. Click on the long, first link. It will look some like the following:

• Step 5: This takes you to the “Reset password” webpage. Press the “Log in” button.
• Step 6: At the “Update Account” webpage, fill in the fields. Press the “Save” button.
• Step 7: When the form is filled in properly, the system will display a message to you, indicating that you are officially registered with the Service.

Congratulations, new CareMate® Service user. You are done – You are registered with the CareMate® Service.

You can now trial the CareMate® Service for three weeks.

At any time, during the trial or afterward, you can access the full version of the CareMate® Service, by paying.
